Introducing Child 3 Pamal*
Pamal is a friendly Girl who likes playing with dolls and singing. Her
mother says she would like to be a doctor when she is older so she can put
back in to the community where she and her family have lived.
Pamal is now in the 5th grade at primary school, and her performance is
good. Her favourite subjects are Mathematics and Religion.
Pamal lives in a small house made of mud and sticks , with her mother
and 4 brothers and 1 sister, unfortunately Pamal's father has died. So
it is up to Pamal's mother to earn the money. Her mother works doing tasks to earn money.
There is no toilet, and facilities are shared with other village members.
Although classed as safe. Water is drawn from an open well, which often
dries in the hot summer. Cooking is done on an open fire and
lighting is by kerosene lamp.
Pamal is in good health.
